When will my order be shipped? 

Please allow up to three (3) business days for order processing and shipment packing.

With the spread of the COVID-19, staff and community health and safety is of top priority. As such, there might be delays associated with the processing of the order. In these cases, it may take five (5) business days for the order to be shipped.

How long will my order take to arrive? 

Please refer to the shipping method you have chosen, the estimated time of shipping will be shown. 


Why don’t I have a tracking number? 

For any international orders, if you have chosen Small Packet International Surface or Small Packet International Air, your shipment does not come with a tracking number. If you wish to obtain a tracking number for your shipment, please choose the Xpresspost International option. 

 

My order did not arrive, can I get a refund? 

If you have purchased uninsured and untrackable shipping, we cannot verify the actual location of the package and if a delivery attempt was made, therefore no refund will be issued to prevent fraud. 


Why is shipping expensive? 

We are currently partnered with the cheapest shipping provider in Canada and have discounts due to volume shipping that we pass on to you. We will work on having distribution centers around the world to reduce international shipping costs in the future. 

 

Is BCB consumable? 

No. 

 

Is BCB toxic? 

No, although you should not drink it.
